The Definition : Giclee (zhee-klay) - The French word "Giclee" is a feminine noun that means a spray or a spurt of liquid. The word may have been dearived from the French verb "gicler" meaning "to squirt".
The Term : The term  "Giclee print" connotes an elevation in printmaking technology. Images are generated from high resolution digital scans and printed with archival quality inks onto various substrates including canvas, fine art, and photo-base paper. The Giclee printing process provides better colour accuracy than other means of reproduction.

Payments & Delivery


Taylor Made Gallery transactions are processed by PayPal  by credit or debit card or from a Paypal Account. All postage costs will be added to your order at the checkout.

If you wish to pay by credit or debit card you can do so by calling 01273 739409 BEFORE placing your order.
Payment by AMEX is accepted but incurs an extra 5% charge.

If you wish to pay by cheque please send your order by email to sales@artattaylormade.co.uk noting your chosen payment method, and postage choice and send the cheque to the below postal address. Purchases will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared which can take up to 5 extra days. Cheques made payable to TAYLOR MADE FRAMES please.

UK Postage Costs


All orders being shipped within the UK will cost £7.50 for items up to value of £95.00 then items up to the value of £200.00 will be £10.00 p&p, everything above £200.00  in value in the UK will be £10.00 p&p. This includes the cost of packaging your prints safely + the royal mail costs. Collection from TAYLOR MADE GALLERY is of course free!

Artwork will be shipped in either flat or rolled in a very strong tube or in a large rigid envelope. These items will require a signature.

Non-UK customers

All over seas shipping costs £30.00 and does not include insurance. If you require insurance for your shipping please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping to Non UK countries will be sent via Royal Mail's overseas services. Please note that shipment to non UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax - TAYLOR MADE GALERY takes no responsibility for these charges.


UK items will be sent via Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery (Signed for) or Special Delivery.
We aim to dispatch your parcel within 7 working days of placing your order. If you require items by a certain date please email us immediately after placing your online order with a date you need it by and we will make every effort to get it to you.


You may return your item for exchange 7 days from the date printed on your receipt. Refunds will not be given and if exchange is for an item of lesser value you will be given store credit. 

Some monitors may display colours of prints incorrectly and the artwork may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen. Prints may have small variations in colour or pattern from the image on the the website, due to the nature of some of the printing processes used.

Breakages and damaged items.

If any item arrives damaged please contact us immediately and keep the item and packaging used. You may be contacted by a member of the Royal Mail as part of their insurance process. Please wait for our instructions before returning the item to us.

Lost items.

If your item does not arrive within 12 days of your order and you have not received correspondence from Taylor Made Gallery informing you of a delay in delivery please contact us. Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been passed to Royal Mail.
